The utmost advancements of artificial neural networks (ANNs), software-defined (SDNs) and internet things (IoT) technologies find beneficial in different applications the smart healthcare sector. Aiming at modern technology’s use future development healthcare, this paper presents an advanced heuristic based on Morlet wavelet network for solving mosquito release ecosystem a heterogeneous atmosphere. is dependent six classes, eggs density, larvae pupae mosquitoes searching hosts resting mosquito’s density ovipositional site density. An with layer structure (MWNN) kernel presented using global local search optimization schemes genetic algorithm (GA) active-set (ASA), i.e., MWNN-GA-ASA. accurateness, reliability constancy proposed MWNN-GA-ASA established through comparative examinations Adams method numerical results to solve nonlinear system matching order 10-06 10-09. accuracy convergence certified statistical operators root mean square error (RMSE), Theil’s inequality coefficient (T.I.C) absolute deviation (MAD) operators.
